■アトラクションご利用時の注意事項　（Important Ride Safety Information）

※正しい搭乗姿勢を保てない方、体格・髪型などの理由により座席に正しく着席できない方、また拘束装置を確実に固定できない方はご利用いただけません。
Guests who are unable to maintain the correct riding posture, cannot sit properly due to body size, hairstyle, or other physical conditions, or for whom restraint devices cannot be securely fastened are not permitted to ride.

※搭乗中の負傷につきまして、当社は一切の責任を負いかねます。年齢・体格・体力・健康状態に少しでも不安のある方はご利用をお控えください。
Nagashima Spa Land assumes no responsibility for injuries sustained while riding attractions. Guests who have any concerns regarding age, body size, physical strength, or health condition are advised to refrain from using the attraction.

※一般のお客様によるアトラクション乗車中の撮影および撮影機材の持ち込みは固くお断りいたします。
（※乗車中の撮影は、報道機関に限り、撮影許可証の交付および当社担当者の同行がある場合のみ可能です。）
Photography, video recording, and the use or carrying of any equipment during attraction rides by general guests are strictly prohibited.
Ride photography is permitted only for accredited media, and only with an official filming permit and the accompaniment of a Nagashima Spa Land representative.

※安全バーをしっかり握り、安全ベルトを正しく着用してください。乗車中は背筋を伸ばし、指定された正しい姿勢でご搭乗ください。
Please firmly hold the safety bar and fasten the safety belt correctly at all times.
Sit upright and maintain the designated correct riding posture throughout the ride.

※走行中は、手を上げたり、安全バーを離したり、前かがみになる行為、また姿勢を前後左右に大きく動かす行為はおやめください。
Do not raise your hands, release the safety bar, lean forward, or intentionally shift your posture forward, backward, or sideways during the ride.

※身体への負担を最小限にするため、進行方向をしっかりと見て、コースの変化やスピードなど次に起こる動きを予測しながらご乗車ください。
To minimize physical strain, riders should look forward in the direction of travel and remain aware of upcoming changes in speed and course.

※正しい姿勢を保たずにご乗車された場合、身体に負担がかかり、違和感を感じることがあります。正しい搭乗姿勢を維持できない方はご利用いただけません。
Failure to maintain proper posture may result in physical discomfort or injury.
Guests who are unable to maintain the correct riding posture will not be permitted to ride.

※万が一、速度・加速度・遠心力などにより姿勢が崩れた場合は、速やかに正しい搭乗姿勢に戻してください。
If changes in speed, acceleration, or centrifugal force cause your posture to shift, please correct your posture immediately.

■アトラクションの安全運行について（About Attraction Safety Operations）

ナガシマスパーランドのアトラクションは、お客様の安全を最優先に考え、通常とは異なる状況を感知した際に、のりものを自動的に停止させる安全装置を備えています。これらの安全装置は、さまざまな状況を想定して設計されており、お客様が安心してご乗車いただけるよう、安全性を高める重要な役割を担っています。万が一、運転中に安全装置が作動し、のりものが停止した場合でも、アトラクションは安全な位置で待機する仕組みとなっておりますので、どうぞ安心してお待ちください。また、安全装置の作動にともなうお客様のご不安やご負担をできる限り軽減するため、試運転や日々の営業を通じて、のりものの状態を検知するセンサーや安全システムの精度向上に継続的に取り組んでいます。これにより、適正な安全装置の作動を実現し、不要な運転停止を抑えながら、より安心してアトラクションをご利用いただける環境づくりを進めています。ご利用のお客様には、これらの安全への取り組みについてご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。今後も、皆さまに安全で快適な時間をお過ごしいただける遊園地を目指し、一層のサービス向上に努めてまいります。

At Nagashima Spa Land, guest safety is our highest priority.All attractions are equipped with safety systems designed to automatically stop the ride if any condition outside of normal operation is detected. These systems are carefully engineered to account for a wide range of scenarios and play a vital role in ensuring that guests can enjoy our attractions with confidence.　In the unlikely event that a ride stops during operation due to the activation of a safety system, the attraction is designed to remain in a safe position. Guests are asked to remain calm and wait, as safety systems are functioning exactly as intended.　To minimize guest inconvenience and concern, we continuously work to improve the accuracy and reliability of our safety systems. Through regular test runs and daily operations, we enhance the precision of sensors that monitor ride conditions, allowing safety devices to operate appropriately while reducing unnecessary interruptions.　We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these safety measures.　Nagashima Spa Land remains committed to providing a safe and comfortable experience for all guests and will continue striving to enhance our services.

時折、乗り物が通常の運行サイクルを終える前に、お客様を乗せたまま停止することがあります。一見すると危険に見えたり、メディアで取り上げられることもありますが、これらの制御された停止は、安全装置が正しく機能している証拠です。すべての乗り物は、安全な位置で停止するよう設計されています。
各アトラクションには、数百ものセンサーが搭載されており、常にあらゆる動作状況を監視しています。これは、シートベルトの締め忘れやドアの閉め忘れを知らせる自動車の警告センサーとよく似ています。ただし大きな違いは、車の場合は警告が出ていても走行できますが、乗り物の場合、センサーが異常を検知すると自動的に安全停止する点です。
センサーは、悪天候、障害物の検知、電力の一時的な遮断など、さまざまな理由で安全停止を作動させることがあります。多くの場合、システムは速やかにリセットされ、入念な再点検の後、通常運行を再開します。まれに、センサーの復旧に時間を要する場合には、スタッフがお客様を安全かつ迅速に誘導し、乗り物からご案内することがありますが、そのようなケースは非常に稀です。ナガシマスパーランドのすべての乗り物・アトラクションは、業界基準およびすべての法令・規制を満たし、さらにそれを上回る水準で運営されています。私たちは、安全対策に最も多くの資源を投じています。毎日の目標は、ご家族皆さまにスリルと安心の両方を提供することです。

Nagashimaspaland, nothing is more important than your safety. It is our absolute highest priority.Every day, before we open the parks to you and your family, all Nagashimaspaland rides and attractions are thoroughly inspected by highly skilled maintenance and operations staff. In addition to these inspections, we also run each ride numerous times, to ensure the ride is operating properly and ready for you to enjoy.　From time to time, a ride may stop before completing its normal cycle with guests on board. While it may look dangerous, and generate media interest, these controlled ride stops are proof that our ride safety systems are working exactly as they should. All of our rides are engineered to stop in a safe location.All of our rides have hundreds of sensors constantly measuring and watching every aspect of the ride, similar to the sensors in your car that flash an alert if you’ve forgotten to buckle your seat belt or left one of your car doors open.The difference is that while you can still drive your car with these alerts on, if a sensor on a ride sends an alert, the ride will automatically be brought to a stop. Sensors may trigger the ride to safely stop for a variety of reasons – such as bad weather, obstructions or power interruptions.Most of the time, the computerized system is quickly reset and after a thorough inspection, the ride is ready to resume normal operation. In some rare instances, we may need to escort guests from the ride if we cannot reset the sensor quickly. In the event this should happen, you can rest assured that Nagashima spaland employees are trained to get you safely and efficiently off the ride. But remember, the chance of this happening is very low.All Nagashima spaland rides and attractions meet and exceed industry standards and all government regulations. We invest the greatest amount of resources into our safety programs. Our goal each day is to ensure that you and your family have a thrilling and safe time while visiting our parks.

【悪天候時の対応について】

お客様の安全は、常に最優先事項です。天候状況によっては、開園時間の短縮や、やむを得ず終日休園となる場合があります。休園や営業変更が決定次第、公式ウェブサイトの営業カレンダーにて最新情報をお知らせします。天候が心配される日は、ご来園前に必ず公式サイトをご確認ください。雨、強風、雷などの影響により、一部の乗り物を安全確保のため運休する場合がありますが、安全が確認され次第、順次再開します。園内には、屋内アトラクションをはじめ、レストラン、ショップ、ゲーム、アーケードなど、天候に関わらず楽しめる施設も多数ご用意しています。なお、悪天候を理由とした返金や振替対応は行っておりませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

INCLEMENT WEATHER:
Guest safety is our number one priority. There are certain weather circumstances that may cause the entire park to close earlier than scheduled or not open at all. As soon as closures are confirmed the website operating calendar will be updated with the park’s current operating status. Please check the website prior to visiting on days when weather may be a concern.If rain, wind or electrical storms force us to close certain rides for your safety, they will re-open as soon as safe operations can be assured. The park offers many activities that are amazingly fun in any kind of weather — including indoor rides, restaurants, shops, games and arcades. Refunds or rain checks for inclement weather are not offered.
