ご宿泊のお客様には各施設への入場や、割引特典などがついた「通行証」をお渡しいたします。
Guests staying at our official hotels will receive a “Guest Pass” that includes admission and discount benefits for each facility.
「通行証」はご宿泊のホテルチェックインの際にお受け取りいただけます。
The Guest Pass will be provided at the hotel front desk upon check-in.
ご宿泊のお客様は、日帰りのお客様用の「前売り券」は、ご購入いただかないようご注意ください。
Please note that guests staying at our hotels do not need to purchase advance tickets intended for day visitors.

（ご宿泊当日または翌日） Free Admission to Begonia Garden
(Once during your stay) - ベゴニアガーデンゲートにてご入館券をご提示ください。
Please present your admission ticket at the Begonia Garden entrance.
※滞在中1回ご利用いただけます。

- ナガシマスパーランド、湯あみの島、ジャズドリーム長島へは、終点の「長島温泉」にて降車ください。
- オフィシャルホテルご利用の方は、「オフィシャルホテルシャトルバスのりば」より、各ホテルまで送迎をいたします。
- チェックイン前に、なばなの里へ行かれる場合は、「なばなの里」にて降車ください。
- チェックイン前で通行証をお持ちでない場合は、「なばなの里入村ゲート」にて、ご宿泊ご予約情報をお申し付けください。なばなの里の『ご宿泊特典』を先にご利用いただけます。

宿泊者様特典として隣接する「湯あみの島」が何度でもご利用頂けます。ご滞在中はごゆっくりお寛ぎ下さい。As an exclusive benefit for hotel guests, you may enjoy unlimited access to the adjacent hot spring facility, “Yuami no Shima,” during your stay.Please relax and enjoy a comfortable and restful stay with us.
- 湯あみの島 男女お風呂入れ替え
Hot Springs: Yuami no Shima – Rotating Men’s and Women’s Baths
- 大自然露天風呂「湯あみの島」には、趣の異なる「黒部峡谷の湯」と「奥入瀬渓流の湯」の2種類のお風呂がございます。ご宿泊者様にどちらのお風呂もお楽しみいただけるよう、ご宿泊当日（午前10：00～夜中23：00）と翌朝（早朝5：00～午前8：00）に男女風呂を入れ替えをいたします。
At the open-air hot spring facility “Yuami no Shima,” you can enjoy two distinct baths: “Kurobe Gorge Bath” and “Oirase Stream Bath.” To ensure that all hotel guests can experience both baths, the men’s and women’s baths are rotated on the day of your stay (10:00 AM – 11:00 PM) and the following morning (5:00 AM – 8:00 AM).

チェックイン時間よりも前に、ご宿泊のお手続き
- 通常のチェックイン時間よりも前にご宿泊の手続きを済ませていただけるサービスがございます。
Guests may complete check-in procedures before the regular check-in time.
受付はチェックイン日の午前（8：00頃）以降。通常のチェックイン時間よりも前にご宿泊の手続きを済ませていただき、ご宿泊特典の通行証をお受け取り頂けます。チェックイン前に、遊園地・温泉・なばなの里でお楽しみいただけます。
This allows you to enjoy the amusement park, hot springs, and Nabana no Sato even before check-in. - 但し、ルームキーは14：00以降のお戻りの際にお渡しです。
Please note that room keys will be provided after 2:00 PM.
