アトラクション乗車時の撮影は、必ず保護者が付き添い責任をもって見守ってください。
A guardian must always accompany children during photography on attractions and take full responsibility for their supervision.

写真撮影中も、お子さまから目を離さないでください。
Do not take your eyes off your child even while taking photos.

ほかのお客様のご迷惑にならないよう十分にご注意ください。
Please be considerate and ensure that your photography does not disturb other guests.

商用・営利目的での撮影はお断りします。
Commercial or profit-oriented photography is strictly prohibited.

スマートフォン、カメラなどの落下等による故障や損害は全てお客様の責任でお願い致しております。
Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss caused by dropping smartphones, cameras, or other devices.

撮影に伴うトラブルや各種権利、法令上の問題が生じた場合につきまして一切の責任を負いかねます。損害は全てお客様の責任でお願い致しております。
We do not take any responsibility for troubles, legal issues, or rights-related disputes arising from photography. Any damages incurred are entirely the guest’s responsibility.。

無断で他のお客さまや係員を撮影・録音する行為は禁止。
Unauthorized photography or recording of other guests and staff is prohibited.

他のお客様のご迷惑（映り込みなど）になるような撮影は、ご遠慮ください。
Please refrain from taking photos in a way that may inconvenience other guests (such as capturing them in your footage).

一部、アトラクションへの自撮り棒、セルカ棒の持込み禁止。アトラクション毎に係員にご確認ください。
Selfie sticks may be prohibited on certain attractions—please check with the attraction staff.

カメラなどのお手回り品は、お客様ご自身が責任をもって管理をお願い致します。お手回り品が落下等したことにより破損・紛失し、又は第三者に損害が生じた場合でも、当社は責任を負いません。
Guests are responsible for managing their belongings, such as cameras and other personal items. We do not take responsibility for any damage, loss, or harm to third parties caused by dropped items.

上記のほか、安全確保のため、係員が撮影についての制限や注意をする場合がございますので、係員の指示に従っていただくようお願いいたします。 また、特に悪質と判断される際には、撮影・録音行為を中止いただき、法的措置をとらせていただく場合もございます。
For safety reasons, staff may restrict or provide instructions regarding photography. Please follow their guidance. In cases of particularly severe violations, you may be asked to stop recording or taking photos, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

アトラクションご利用中の撮影について
Nagashima Spa Land restricts the use of cameras and other recording devices while guests are riding attractions.

　おしらせ　 ナガシマスパーランドでは、安全上の理由から、アトラクション乗車中のカメラやその他の撮影機器の使用を制限しております。

ご家族での思い出作りを目的として、以下のページに記載されている一部のアトラクションでは、所定のルールに従った上で撮影が許可されています。

上記に記載のないすべてのアトラクションにおいて、乗車中の撮影は禁止されています。

また、過去の事例に基づく安全管理上の観点から、撮影に関する個別のリクエストやご相談には現在対応いたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。コンテンツ制作や撮影を目的とされる場合であっても、特別な撮影許可や個別対応は行っておりません。

これらのルールは、すべてのお客様に安全かつ快適にお楽しみいただくために設けられております。アトラクションをご利用の際は、ルールをお守りいただきますよう、皆様のご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。

※正式なテレビ番組やメディアによる撮影については、事前の承認および調整を条件として、別途許可される場合があります。

Photography and Filming While Riding Attractions

For safety reasons, Nagashima Spa Land restricts the use of cameras and other recording devices while guests are riding attractions.

Photography for the purpose of capturing family memories is permitted on certain attractions listed on the page below, subject to the applicable rules.

Photography is prohibited while riding any attraction that is not listed on the above page.

Requests for Special Photography Permission

For safety management reasons, Nagashima Spa Land does not provide special permission or individual arrangements for photography or filming while riding attractions in response to requests from individual guests, influencers, content creators, or other individuals.

No exceptions can be made to these rules based on the purpose of filming, the intended use of the photographs or videos, the media or platform where the content will be published, or the number of followers or viewers.

Official television programs and media productions may be permitted separately, subject to prior approval and coordination with Nagashima Spa Land.　

These rules are in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following the park rules.
